Purchase and refund policy

Applies to all purchases and reservations made through the website or via Paysera system.

Advance Payment and Reservations

1. Reservation Confirmation
   Your reservation is considered confirmed only after an advance payment is made through the Paysera system.

2. Advance Payment
   A non-refundable advance payment of €50 is required to confirm your booking.
   This amount cannot be refunded, but you may reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours before the reserved time.

3. Rescheduling

   • You may reschedule or transfer your appointment once, by notifying us via email or phone at least 48 hours in advance.

   • If you cancel later or do not show up for your appointment, the advance payment will not be refunded or transferred.

4. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
   In case the appointment must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical issues, etc.), another date will be offered, or your advance payment will be refunded in full.

5. Service Conditions
   If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly.
   Clients who arrive late or fail to show up are fully responsible for missed service time and payment.

Gift Vouchers

1. Purchase
   Gift vouchers can be purchased electronically via Paysera or in person at the studio.
   The purchase date is considered the payment confirmation date.

2. Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise.
   After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid.

3. Use
   A gift voucher entitles the holder to use studio services for the corresponding value.
   It can be used for one or several sessions until the total value is redeemed.

4. Non-Refundable
   Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable if lost, damaged, or unused before expiry.
   Vouchers may be transferred to another person with prior notice to the studio.

5. Cancellation Terms
   When booking with a gift voucher, the same cancellation terms apply as for advance payments – rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the reserved time; otherwise, the voucher is considered used.

Data Protection and Liability

1. Your personal data are processed in accordance with Lithuanian and EU data protection laws and used only for reservation and service purposes.

2. Payments are processed through the Paysera system under its service terms (www.paysera.lt).

3. The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended during your visit.
